AWANA INFORMATION

We invited you to fill out a form:
Use the Registration Form button at the bottom of this page.
Please answer each question. Up to 5 children may be included in 1 form for more children please do a separate form. Please use child 1 as the oldest child and work your way to the youngest.

AWANA fees:

Dues $30.00 (includes dues, book)

We have 2 options for Uniforms. 

1. Church shirt with club name ($10 for youth sizes and $15 for Adult sizes)

2. AWANA uniform ($15 for preschool-2nd Grade, $20 for 3rd-6th Grade)

 

Dues are $30 per child and covers their book, awards, and other expenses through out the year

 

We will do a Grand Prix car race in the spring. If you would like your child to participate in the race (build their own car) there is a $5 fee to cover the car per child. Preschoolers will get to choose a Hot wheels car and do not need to pay the fee.

Trek (7th & 8th grade school) no uniform
