AWANA INFORMATION

I've invited you to fill out a form:
Auburn Christian Church AWANA
Please answer each question. Up to 5 children may be included in 1 form for more children please do a separate form. Please use child 1 as the oldest child and work your way to the youngest.

AWANA fees:

Dues $35.00 (includes dues, book and car kit)

Uniform optional.
(Preschool and Kindergarten - 2nd grade) Cubbies and Sparks vests $14
(3rd grade - 6th grade) T&T shirt $19
Trek (middle school) no uniform
Some scholarships available

Clubbers will get weekly points for wearing their Uniform, bringing their book weekly, and bringing their Bible weekly. Rewards will be given in exchange for points. Clubbers will only receive awards if they are WEARING their uniform.

Note: your child will need a handbook and vest/shirt. There is a cost for these items. We do have scholarships available. Don't let the cost stop your child from attending. For information about this, email satwood1954@gmail.com.
